Hello. I’m Lesli Weston. I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA, with my husband Andy Adamson, as do our children, their spouses, and our grandkids, ages five to twelve. Our dozen is six children and six adults, six females and six males. Quite tidy, while uproarious. We all love to play. We each love to read and create.
I’ve been drawing and painting and making stuff since I was a child. I’m thankful for Andrea McKenzie’s ongoing encouragement that I regularly illustrate chapters I’ve been reading for the L.M. Montgomery Readathon. My mother gave me her copy of Emily Climbs when I was a little girl, which began my passion for all things L.M. Montgomery. I can’t imagine a world without her books to nurture my soul.
Both Andy and I enjoyed meeting fellow kindred spirits at the biennial conference in Prince Edward Island in June 2024 … such a lovely solstice … Charlottetown glowing in that magnificent sunset. Our beloved Lucy Maud Montgomery was beaming.
Thank you.
