Frost of winter, invitation of spring, dream of summer and glamour of autumn, all meant much to Walter.

What's New This Season(s)
It’s been a moment (or two) since we last updated our newsletter. Just in time to return to the frost of winter. But we agree with Walter that all seasons are created equal and have their own appeal.
Registration is now open for the LMMI 16th Biennial Conference, “The Politics of Home,” 19-23 June 2024. Hope to see you in Charlottetown.
New Call for Submissions: Calling all writers and artists! The JLMMS invites submissions (written, visual, or audio-visual) for a special collection on the topic of “Writers and Artists Respond to L.M. Montgomery.” We hope to include many of what writers and artists in the past and present expressed about Montgomery’s work and its meaning for them. This collection will be published starting in November 2024, as part of the 150th anniversary celebrations of Montgomery’s 1874 birthday!
Deadline: Proposals due 30 December 2023; Submissions due 14 February 2024. For more information, see here.
